So, after a very disappointing experience at the Ford garage in Harlow, I visited this showroom and spoke to a salesman called Ian and later Marco, who both provided me with excellent customer service and very good at what they do.

No pressure tactics or hard selling, just presented me with various options and deals to meet my budget whilst helping me to get familiar with the models.

It was nice to see how much Ian/showroom valued my business as he didn't mind staying 30 minutes after the showroom closing to make sure I was happy with the options available both budget wise and vehicle type, to suit my usage needs.

Once I purchased my car, the level of service didn't stop as I was offered an extensive test drive on another model which was nice.

Overall, very impressed and would recommend that you buy a car from here.

Used CMC Harlow for years, always excellent service. This year as self isolating they collected my car from home for it's annual service. Nice friendly guy picked it up and returned it serviced and valeted mid afternoon. Very reasonable charge for this service! I like Hyundai's and will probably buy another one and continue to use them. Definitely recommend!!

In view of the current restrictions I felt ‘safe’ sitting in the reception waiting for the car to be service. Sufficient safety precautions had been taken in the showrooms. Very safe environment. Staff efficient and helpful.

The best sales experience I've had! Staff were very polite, understanding and patient with me. They were happy to answer any questions I had and explain things clearly as I can get confused easily. They part exchanged my i10 (a beautiful little runner) for an i30 fastback and the service provided by Marco, Lee and Ian was outstanding! (Everyone in the dealership was a delight but I mainly dealt with these 3 gents) I'm not even from the area but I would definitely recommend going to this dealership

I've had 7 services on my i20, never had any problems, pleasant staff they all seem to have been there a long time which speaks for itself. I wish the new armchairs were more comfortable in reception.
